Unveiled. What happens when…
…you lean into the howling wind and let him blow your world wide open till all answers and questions are gone;
Too Civilized
So white the walls, no dirt, no curves, no leaves that fall into my tea,
a raised and white toilet bowl to pee.
It’s Beyond Your Fears
The fire it speaks,
what is it you seek?
It’s behind your fear
it’s now, it’s here.

Secrets of a Barefoot Hiker
Earth. The Love of My Life. I kiss her with my feet when I walk the mountains barefoot. I usually hike barefoot. I love it. I love feeling her body underneath my naked feet. This is how we speak.
There is Nothing to Achieve
Nature shows me this: it just IS. The purpose of the flower is to be a flower. The purpose of the bird is to be a bird. The purpose of the tree is to be a tree… Naturally, without strain, the flower gives scents and colours, the bird offers songs, the tree offers shade and fruits; just by being what they are.
The Curse of Unconditional Love
We consider unconditional love the most ‘advanced’ or highest form of love. I doubt this. The moment we speak of unconditional love, we have put our human filters of perception and limitation over love.
We Cannot Go Into Nature
We cannot go into nature. We can remember that this is what we are.
The ways we speak are so interesting. We say, we are stuck in traffic, while we are the traffic. We say we live on earth, while we are born of her, made from her juices and mud.
Gentleness; not just an antidote for harshness
We all can do with being more gentle and compassionate with ourselves, especially when life feels hard or challenging. Can we meet ourselves with gentleness — the beautiful, unique and lovable being that we are?
Life is a Relation-Ship
What is relationship?
We can look at it as the ‘ship’, the space, in which we sit together with someone or something and relate, for however long or short. We find ourselves in such ‘ships of relating’ not just with our children, our lover, or our friends.
The Art of Listening
Interestingly, the fact that someone can hear does not mean they can actually listen. If we are interested in deeper connections with the people in our lives, learning how to listen is key.
The Yoga Mat as Magic Carpet
Whenever I come onto my mat, into my practice, it’s like going on a journey. A journey through body, mind, heart and breath-connection; a journey of presence and body-enjoyment. The yoga mat is my magic carpet and offers journeys of various ways, paces, depth and levels.
The 10 Principles of The Well-Being Economy
The Well-Being Economy is an international movement that is reinventing the economy and its value system. It recognizes that the real value is the participants, all beings that make and hold the economy, and them living a good quality of life.
A Short Definition of the Well-Being Economy
The Well-Being Economy is an international movement that is reinventing the economy and its value system. It recognizes that the real value is the participants, all beings that make and hold the economy, and them living a good quality of life.
Why the Well-Being Economy Only Makes Sense
All human economic activity depends on human beings and is intended to serve them. If the activity destroys the lives of the people it is meant to serve, then it is not suited to the task and needs to be done in a new way.
The Silent Price Behind the Price
Who pays when products are too cheap? We are living in a competitive economy. What is the competition for? Kindness? Fairness? Care? Generosity? Reciprocity? No. The competition is about the price and market position of the products we sell. It’s about paying the least and getting the most.
There was a world before Corona Virus – and this world was already sick
When I arrived here on earth, I saw that this world I came into is sick. The adults around me seemed to think it’s all good. Almost 40 years later, something stopped parts of the madness that had been going on.
We Each are a Piece of the Earth
At a time in human history where our very survival as a species is in question, through our destructive ways of being, it seems a good idea to take a look at our relationship with our earth and nature.
The Healing that is in Loving Connection
It is a beautiful fact that all aspects and parts of life and living are inter-connected. Life is made of relationships, of connections. There is our relationship to the land we are living on and the relationship to ourselves to our loved ones.
